Fourteen days. That's how long you have, from the day your order arrives, to change your mind — for any reason, or none.

Returns

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Email david.schmitz@evolveria.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without a prior request can't be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return postage is at your expense — unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund it, return postage included.

Made to order

Every piece is printed on demand in Europe, so allow a little time between order and dispatch. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
